La scorsa notte si sono tenute le premiazioni per gli Emmys 2019. Game of Thrones a fronte di ben 32 candidature, si è aggiudicata 12 premi di cui 10 nei premi tecnici. HBO comunque non va a casa sconfitta, grazie alle numerose vittorie di Chernobyl. In generale è stat una serata che ha visto il trionfo delle piattaforme streaming (Amazon Prime Video e Netflix) e dei canali via cavo a discapito dei canali più tradizionali.
